Original tin built-in box gutters were replaced with built-in copper box gutters. Major structural reframing to all structural rafters, all new cedar trims, soffit, blocks, primed 2 times and repainted. All dormer flashing, step flashing, valleys and flat roofs replaced with all new copper standing seam or flat seam.
