When Leska visited this historic house project to provide estimate the original flat copper roof was stolen. Temporary EPDM membrane was loosely laid over the flat roof.
The left over of the railing was held by propped sticks and plywood together. Only one corner with 4 pickets was still sort of solder together but badly bent.
When we got the job Leska LLC first actually installed the pre-tinned copper flat roof first to protect the people bellow.
