Small section of original home extension have Follansbee terne metal and the connections are tied in the valley. The size of home was incresed 70%. Only small portion of the original home have terne metal roof. This section will require evary 10 years re painting. All new pre painted metal roof comes with 35 Year paint finish waranty.
