Leska LLC installed complex copper standing seam roof with 1" tall mechanical locks on this home in Crownsville. We were called first to provide repair bid on this 6 year old metal roof installed by "Other metal roofing expert". Roof was so porly installed that every roofer and manufacture rep who saw this roof mutually agreed its total tear off.

There are 5 complex eye brow dormers and many chimneys and complex detailed transitions.Leska hand seaming ability and craftsmanship with metal & our European hand flashing details were main reason we won this job.

Due to the fact that this property is on Island with mixed salt water only aluminum or copper can be used. Owner decided on copper roof with 1" tall mechanical seam. This roof is almost 100 squares. There is over 600LF of copper gutters and 3 rows of bronze snow guards.
