Trimline, Synthetic Tile Roof, Potomac, MD

Leska Installed Trimline Synthetic Tile Roof on entire addition with 2 Velux Skylights. Large EPDM roof is also intergrated to the tile roof with small copper flat seam section behind the tower cricket. Steep back side have have large sections of snow guards. Trimline Lightweight tiles in multiple color mix was chosen by the owner and installed by Leska.

Potomac, MD, Synthetic Tile Roof

Leska LLC installed Vande Hey Roof tiles on this large full scale remodel in Potomac MD. Each Roofing tile is secured with 2 fasteners given the slope and entire tile roof installation is done on batten also. Large EPDM roof and copper flat seam behind the tower were incorporated to the roof with 2 NEW Velux Skylights. Rear steep side have snow guards true out to prevent snow sliding of the roof. Lightweight tiles were selected due to weight and color combination was chosen by the owner.
