Leska LLC have provided strategic whole tile roof repair which included replacing over 200 broken tiles, addressing pretty much every flashing detail which was previously done incorrectly, fully repairing valleys and all hip and ridge details in addition with all counter flashing and flashing details. Also pipe boot flashing had to be replaced fully.
Also owner was informed that the 70' tal tres will be shedding large limbs unless they are trimmed back but after we are done with our repair & also trees are trimmed there will be no roof problems. The cost was less than 70% cost of new 25 year asphalt roof (which at least 4 other local Tile roofing contractor recommended). They deemed the tile roof to be totally shot. The sad part is that one of them was the original installer who clearly had no clue what he or his crew was doing. Then the contractor 2,3 done various repairs which deteriorate roof even further. (caulking broken tiles, replacing broken tiles with improper size tiles still causing the leaks.). Leska not only find fully matching tile in size, color but ordered additional pieces for future) This roof repair was done in 2007 and has not caused any trouble since.
