Leska LLC installed Eagle Concrete Roof Tiles on this home in Silver Spring MD. Two color tile roofing blend was selected by the owner fore her "Spanish looking home with Tile Roof". Capistrano high profile Roof Tiles were used to provide owner the look she desired... Tiles were installed on battens which makes any possible future repair of broken tiles easy. Copper flashing and custom made copper pipe boots were used. Two Round louvers provide ventilation. LEED Gold Home.
