Leska LLC installed lightweight synthetic tile roof in Chevy Chase MD. Copper custom made chimney flashing was required on this tile roof. Lightweight Tile roof can be installed over roof trusses designed only for Asphalt shingles. 3 Velux skylights were also added to provide light in hallway and Kitchen. Aluminum Snow guards designed for this profile of the tile roof were used. USA Aluminum gutters and downspouts were used.
