Leska LLC Have installed Concrete tile roof on the main house, garage, rear pool and front tower in stages over few years.
Heavy duty European round gutters, Snow guards & Stucco is also our work. Main front Teak door was also installed by Leska.
Tile Roof Flashing is combination of pre painted metal and copper flashing. 6 Velux Skylights, snow guards and many flashing details are installed on this complex tile roof. Roofing tiles are installed on battens.
As an TRI (Tile Roofing Institute trainer) and certified installer our installation of tile roof exceeds the manual. Our European custom made tile flashing and specially imported tile accessories really make for one lifetime tile roof.
