Leaking Ballasted roof with super pour insulation and 1950 interior receives full on "Face Lift".
Leska have convinced the owners to install either metal or copper roof as there is actually very small pitch on this home for many other items. Then to add lots of skylights, and the 50's interior will be upgraded with bamboo T&G ceiling paneling and recess lights. The insulation can be addressed by either framing up and gaining also additional space ton the roof side and we will then have to increase the fascia size or drop down the cathedral ceiling in the interior and reduce the structural beams exposure....
