Reconfigure bathroom lay out. Tumbled Travertine tile of 2 colors was used. All tiles were pre sealed 3 times before installation. epoxy grout was used in such difficult porous surface. Laundry shoot was also designed and added. All new tub, toilet, vanity and lights are normal procedure. The all new Insulation on all walls, plastic sheet, extra attic insulation, 4 recess Lights added. Hydro ban coating provides additional waterproofing.
