We don't rely on Z flashing, butyl tape or caulks and hidden fasteners with counter flashing like all manufactures rely on. Those are commercial details and actually homes in US 120-90 years ago had used techniques and methods we still use today.

Lack of training, time it takes to make those time consuming details  are simply not justified by most companies. But not us!
